Two special programs for the end of XX1st Jazz Festival

XX1st Jazz Fest Sarajevo concert for kids will be held on Sunday at 12.00, and the repertoire of jazz standards selected for the youngest will be performed by Bosnian and Macedonian musicians, trumpeter Trajče Velkov, saxophone player Kiril Kuzmanov, bassist Edvin Hadžić, pianist Filip Dimiškovski and drummer Viktor Filipovski.

At 19.00 starts the first of two special programs that will close XX1st Jazz Festival, featuring artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina – concert of Banja Luka native Dejan Terzić and brilliant musicians – American saxophonist Chris Speed, British bassist Phil Donk and pianist Bojan Zulfikarpašić. The quartet will perform a repertoire from its current album Prometheus recorded in New York last year.

The second concert at 20.30, which will officially end the week of music in Sarajevo, will feature the 40-member Chamber Choir of Music Academy in East Sarajevo under the baton of the conductor Rade Radović, and the repertoire of Orthodox spiritual music will be performed at the concert.
