Two programs will be presented on Friday within the festival’s program: concert of Kudsi Erguner Trio at BKC and Stian Westerhus concert at the Youth Theatre.
Turkish instrumentalists Kudsi Erguner is one of the greatest living masters of ney and for more than three decades he has been studying classical Sufi music and philosophy, and during 1980s in Paris he founded Mevlana Institute.
This exceptional instrumentalist and composer ocooperates in the Trio with another virtuoso instrumentalists and genuine author, bassist Renaud Garcia-Fons also called the “Paganini bass.” They will be joined by French percussionist Bruno Cauillat and you can enjoy Kudsi Erguner Trio in the Bosnian Cultural Center at 20.00.
In the same evening at 22.00 at the Youth Theatre we present Stian Westerhusa, a young Norwegian artist whose name is becoming increasingly important on Norwegian and European music scene.
