Last month Mezzo TV broadcasted the first cycle of concerts held last November at 20th Jazz Fest Sarajevo showing performances by pianist Bugge Wesseltoft’s New Conception of Jazz ensemble, a solo concert by pianist Nitai Hershkovits and the Taksim Trio.
These concerts will be aired 48 times in only two months in programs of the world’s leading channel for jazz, classic and dance. The second cycle starts on 13th June and includes the Sarajevo concerts of Marc Ducret and Samuel Blaser Trio.
They as well are concerts held at last year’s Jazz Fest when the French guitarist played solo and performed as a member of the trio of Swiss trombonist Samuel Blaser. Mezzo will air the two concerts as one broadcast nine times until 7th July on Mezzo and Mezzo live HD and make the concerts held in Sarajevo seen by an audience of 28 million subscribers in 60 countries of the world.
The next, third broadcasting cycle of Jazz Fest’s concerts on Mezzo TV airs in September.
