Last year, Jazz Fest Sarajevo visited Banja Luka for the first time organizing a concert by Dejan Terzić’s international ensemble Axiom, which closed the XX1st international music festival in Sarajevo couple of days earlier.
This year Jazz Fest will visit several cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and organize various concert programs in order to pay a visit to the festival audience that has visited the festival for the past two decades. The first city that Jazz Fest will visit is Mostar where on October 19, the French band AutorYno will perform at OKC Abrašević.
After Mostar, AutorYno will perform in Sarajevo in the Sarajevo War Theater (SARTR) on October 20, and will have a kind of pre-premiere in Jazzbina club in Sarajevo on October 18.
AutorYno is an energetic trio which is considered one of the fiercest bands of the Paris rock scene. It has recently released his third album Flauros, which will be presented at concerts in Mostar and Sarajevo, at it consists of repertoire from the Book of Angels in the rock context.
The concerts of the AutorYno band are organized as a part of XX2nd Jazz Fest Sarajevo 2018, which this year presents a new festival concept with concerts in the period from September to November, while the main festival program will be organized from November 1 to 4.
Concerts of AutorYno band are supported by the French Institute in BiH and the French Embassy in Sarajevo. Mostar concert is organized in cooperation with Mostar Rock School and OKC Abrašević. Concert tickets with the price of 10 KM will be sold at OKC Abrašević. Tickets for Jazzbina will be available in this club, while the SARTR tickets are available for sale via kupikartu.ba for a price of 15 KM.
