Avishai Cohen Trio fall tour ending in Sarajevo

Double bassist Avishai Cohen‘s trio is currently on fall tour that will be ending on 8th November in Sarajevo at 18th Jazz Fest.

The trio consisting of pianist Nitai Hershkovits and drummer Daniel Dor played a concert in Italy last weekend and tonight they will be performing the first of two concerts held in Stockholm, followed by concerts at jazz festivals in Sweden, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, France and Holland, including a performance at a festival in Rotterdam, sold out two days ago.

Cohen, as a versatile instrumentalist, composer, vocalist and one of most important double bassists of the past decade has been drawing major public and critic’s attention resulting in sold out shows throughout Europe. Ticket sale for the Avishai Cohen Trio concert at Paris’ famous Olympia Hall next April are already available, a sold out is expected just like it happened with their latest performance in France at Jazz a la Villette.

The concert in Sarajevo will be the only one this exciting trio will play in the region. Be sure to get your ticket on time by booking it at this link. The ticket for Avishai Cohen Trio on 8th November at 21.00 is also valid for the concert of Norwegian saxophonist Hakon Kornstad that same night at 20.00.
