Ibrahim Maalouf’s European tour

After a two month break the Lebanese trumpeter with a Parisian address Ibrahim Maalouf will continue his European tour during next three months when he is going to play more then 50 concerts. The only concerts in the region will be played in Bosnia and Herzegovina at the closing of 18th Jazz Fest Sarajevo.

This summer Maalouf played 23 concerts with his ensemble in front of 60.000 spectators within his Illusions tour promoting his current album – best world music album in France last year. Maalouf’s albums are among most sold instrumental releases in that country third year on a row.

Few days before is Sarajevo concert on 9 November at the Bosnian Cultural Center Maalouf is going to release his sixth album called Au pays d’Alice, meaning In the Land of Alice referring to Lewis Caroll‘s Alice in Wonderland.
