Norwegian saxophonist Hakon Kornstad performed at the awarding ceremony of prestigious international Kavli Prize that is being given by the Academy of Arts and Sciences, Norwegian Ministry of Education and the Kavli Foundation.
The prize is being awarded every two years in three categories for achievements in the field of astrophysics, nano science and neuro sciences. Beside the golden award and charter, winners are being awarded $1 million.
Kornstad played for that occasion the popular song Marechiare by Paolo Tosti and Salvatore Di Giacomo. Take a look at the video.
